Like many women, I struggled with my weight soon after I had had myweight-loss-scale daughter and turned forty. In addition to being a snacker and foodie, the weight just crept on. I knew I was losing control and wanted to get it back. I know that I am not alone in this battle.

Man or woman, we want to get back in shape in some way or other. It takes many of us many tries. Not one shoe fits all. For some, like me, it took a number of strategies to get me where I needed to be.
